Leadership Profile

George Tsai established Dih Shin International (DSI) in 1989 during his tenure in the US Air Force. He graduated from Arizona State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, later retiring from the Air Force in 1995. Born and raised in Taiwan, George came to the United States with his parents in pursuit of ‘The American Dream’.   George’s vision from the start was simple “To design smart ideas & better serve customers’ needs”. George travels across the Far East in search of production and manufacturing facilities to meet the needs of each unique customer. Traveling worldwide allows George to identify unique products and exchange ideas with current and prospective clients. His contacts and vast networking across the world has enabled DSI and its clients to take full advantage of manufacturing capabilities, cross cultural design ideas, multinational projects and the ability to finish projects in a timely and cost effective fashion.

History

Founded in 1989, DSI is dedicated to providing our clients with high quality products, reliable client service and knowledgeable technical support. We have developed more than 100 products ranging from ergonomic keypads to financial application keyboards; from custom input
terminals for UPS (United Parcel Service) to mail sorting terminals for the United States Post Office (USPS).
